Why should we use your services vs. going directly to the development itself?

I used to work for the developers, but I felt pigeon-holed to a certain degree because as a developer employee, you can only sell property inside that one community and more often than not, it has to be new property for your employer to generate revenue. I became a realtor because I wanted to be able to help my clients even more by being able to match their needs & desires with the area, community, and lastly, the real estate option of their choice. So, in short, by using my services, I work directly for you. I’m here to help you explore this entire area in order to see if it’s a fit for your family.

As mentioned, I’m a realtor which means that I am held to a strict code of ethics. Also, I do not have any affiliation with any one community. I am here to give you an unbiased outlook on all of the communities in the county, Brunswick Forest included. Furthermore, being a realtor, I have access to all of the homes and home sites on the resale market in the entire coastal region, which is often times where the best values can be found.

I just so happen to believe strongly in the ownership/management team and the overall concept for Brunswick Forest so I’ve chosen to focus most of my efforts on marketing all the great real estate opportunities in this exciting new community. Brunswick Forest was smart enough to put their money (and infrastructure) where their mouth is and now they & their residents are reaping the rewards with a bustling and successful community.
